Cookies with almond

I'm taking it the taste to make cookies so I bought a few cutters that I think are very nice.
These simple cookies are beautiful and are made in nothing, I hope you enjoy them and you like them as much as I do.

Almond cookies

125 gr. of unsalted butter at room temperature
60 gr. of icing sugar
1 large egg
200 gr. of confectionery flour
50 gr. ground almond
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

We beat the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract until Make the mixture smooth and fluffy.
Add the flour and ground almonds and mix well.
We make a ball with the dough, put it on a floured surface, spread out with the roller and leave it at a height of about 7 mm.
Cut with a cortapasta, and put them on the baking sheet.
We put them in the oven preheated to 170º and let cook for 15 minutes more or less.
Let cool on a metal grid.
